This ceramic salad bowl in offwhite is designed and handcrafted in Greece by the Roussos family.

The Roussos family has been creating handmade ceramics on the Greek island of Kythira for more than one century. To this day, the 5th generation of potters continues the art of the family with love and passion. Panagiotis, the potter, shapes the vessels on the traditional Greek wheel, the way that his father and grandfather taught him. His sister, Maria, who gets inspired by colors of Greece, the Kythirian earth and tradition, hand-paints them. Grigoria, the mother, applies the liquid glass glaze using the secret recipe of the Roussos family.

Each ceramic salad bowl is hand made on the wheel and then hand painted and glazed in the traditional way. The Roussos family works with the best and the purest quality of clay.
